Deleting Your Trenly Account
How to delete your account, what happens when you do, and what we keep.
How to delete your account
You can delete your Trenly account either of these ways:
- • In the Trenly Owner app (iOS or Android): open Settings → Delete account and confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.
- • By email: write to support@trenly.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and process it promptly.
What happens when you delete
- • You're signed out everywhere, and your name, email, and phone number are removed from Trenly.
- • If you're the only person on your account, your organization closes too: the subscription is cancelled and Trenly stops managing your properties and residents.
- • Your remaining data is permanently purged after a 30-day window.
Changed your mind?
You have 30 days to reverse a deletion. Email support@trenly.com within that window and we can restore your account. After 30 days, deletion is permanent.
What we keep, and why
Some records are not deleted because other people are party to them or the law requires us to keep them:
- • Leases, payment and ledger history, and resident records are retained as business and financial records. They are no longer managed by — or reachable from — your deleted account.
- • Records we must keep to satisfy legal, tax, or accounting obligations are retained for their required period.
