2. Message Types

When you provide your phone number through a Trenly web form (such as tour scheduling, contact inquiries, or rental applications), you may receive SMS messages related to:

  • Tour scheduling confirmations, reminders, and updates
  • Responses to your property inquiries
  • Rental application status updates
  • Showing access codes and instructions
  • Phone number verification codes
  • Property management communications from your landlord or property manager

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the platform. You may receive messages when you schedule a tour, submit an inquiry, apply for a rental, or when your landlord or property manager sends you an update. Typically, you will receive 1–10 messages per month depending on your activity.

4. How to Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your phone number on a Trenly web form that displays the following disclosure:

"By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding [tour scheduling / your inquiry / your application]. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply."

Submitting the form with your phone number constitutes your consent to receive SMS messages as described above. You may also opt in by texting START to our messaging number.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

To opt back in, text START to our messaging number.
