My property tax assessment on Oak St just went up 22%. Is it worth appealing?

Your assessed value jumped from $397K to $485K, but comparable sales in the area suggest $420–440K.

The Maricopa County appeal deadline is March 15 and the filing fee is $25. If successful, you'd save roughly $800/yr in property taxes.

Given the gap between your assessment and comps, it's worth filing. Want me to draft the appeal letter with your property details?

Your portfolio data meets real-world reasoning

Trenly tracks your properties. Claude thinks through problems. Together, you get an advisor that combines your actual numbers with outside research to help you make better decisions.

Make smarter portfolio decisions

Should I refi the Phoenix duplex or sell? Claude pulls your financials, checks current rates, and walks you through the tradeoffs.

Example

“Compare the ROI of selling my Scottsdale property vs. doing a cash-out refi at current rates.”

Get any answer about your portfolio

Which property has the worst expense ratio? Prep a summary for your accountant. Compare rents against market across all units.

Connected in minutes

Three steps to give Claude access to your portfolio.

1

Sign up & add properties

Create your Trenly account and add your rental properties. Import from AppFolio or enter them manually.

2

Connect to Claude

Add Trenly as a connector and sign in once. Works in Claude on the web, desktop, and mobile — full setup below.

3

Ask anything

Claude combines your real portfolio data with its own research to help you think through any decision.

Adding the connector

Trenly is a remote MCP server, so there is nothing to install and no config file to edit. You sign in to Trenly once through Claude and the connection carries across Claude on the web, desktop, and mobile.

Add it by URL

Works today, on any Claude plan that supports connectors.

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector.
  3. Paste https://trenly.com/mcp as the server URL.
  4. Sign in with your Trenly account when Claude prompts you, and approve access.

Or find Trenly in the connectors directory

Once Trenly is listed in Anthropic's connectors directory, you can add it from Settings → Connectors without pasting a URL — search for Trenly and connect. It is the same server and the same sign-in either way. If you already added Trenly by URL, keep it: your existing connection continues to work, and Claude simply lists it under Custom rather than as a directory entry.

Trenly reads and writes only your own organization's data, and the connector never sends anything to a resident on its own — drafts and plans wait for your approval in Trenly. Questions: support@trenly.com.

Stop Googling. Start asking.

Your portfolio data is already in Trenly. Give Claude access to it.
